If you have a retail shop and are interested in stocking MyKirei by KAO products, you can begin the process by clicking here and filling out the application form.
Not at this time. We are currently only accepting wholesale applications for businesses in the contiguous United States.
After filling out the application form, a MyKirei by KAO team member will reach out to you in 3-5 business days with next steps. Depending on application responses, some extra documentation may be required to get to the final approval stage.
Yes, we wholesale with both brick-and-mortar and online stores.
All of our products are available for wholesale except for Nourishing Hand Wash and Nourishing Hand Wash Refill.
Yes, once you've been approved as a retailer, you'll receive a packet from the team with marketing materials.
Products cannot be returned, and we don't have a guaranteed-sale policy. However, if your order is damaged on a rare occasion, please get in touch with our Consumer Care Team within 10 days of receiving the order. Contact email is orders@mykirei.com and please send your order number and a list of damaged items with photographic evidence.
We do not - shipping is the wholesaler's responsibility and will be calculated at checkout.
We do not have any minimums when purchasing wholesale; however, products cannot be purchased individually. Product is shipped in cases that vary in quantity depending on the item.
As an existing wholesaler, you will need a username and password to access your online account. Keep an eye out for an email from hello@mykirei.com that will take you to the wholesale login page, where you can set your desired password.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from when the order is submitted. Slight exceptions may apply during busy seasonal and holiday times. Please note that we do not dispatch shipments on weekends or public holidays.
